Sorter for irregular and oversized parcels

Extra-large and irregularly shaped parcels are considered "non-conveyable" on traditional sorters, so they are almost always sorted by hand: an inefficient, physically demanding process that puts your staff's health at risk. This modular system automates the task, handling the widest range of irregular and oversized products in the industry.

Modular black-belt sorter with divert modules and belt and roller side outlets on a warehouse floor

How does it work?

Its self-contained "pop-up" divert module has two high-friction belts that rise to gently divert the parcel to the selected outfeed module. When a product needs to continue straight through, the belts drop and interspersed motorized rollers carry it across the module without interrupting the flow of the main line.
