The semi-automatic Pallet Shuttle is a compact storage system in which a motorized cart travels on rails inside the racking lane to place and retrieve pallets. The forklift no longer enters the lane: it sets the cart and the pallet at the head of the lane, and from there on the cart handles all movement in depth. The result is a structure that makes the most of its depth, accepts a different SKU in each lane and keeps the maneuver that causes impacts outside the structure.

A mobile racking system (mobile bases) mounts selective racking or cantilever racking on a motorized chassis that travels along rails fixed to the floor. Instead of keeping a fixed working aisle for every run of racking, entire blocks move sideways to open only the aisle you need at any given moment, eliminating fixed aisles and significantly increasing the storage capacity of the same space.

Carton Flow (also called dynamic case picking) is a storage system for cases and loose units in which each level has an inclined bed of wheels or rollers: the operator replenishes from the rear and the case slides by gravity to the front of the lane, where picking takes place. It is the equivalent of dynamic racking (Pallet Flow), but at case scale instead of pallet scale: the goods are always in the first position, and the operator never has to reach into the lane to find them.

Slotted angle shelving is a storage system for light loads built from steel angle posts perforated along their entire height and assembled with bolts. Those continuous slots let you place each shelf at the height the product requires and reconfigure the entire shelving unit when your operation changes. It is the most economical and versatile solution for organizing spare parts, boxes, tools, supplies and files in storerooms, workshops and service warehouses.

A mobile shelving system is a set of shelving units mounted on rails that move sideways, so the installation works with a single shared aisle instead of a fixed aisle for every shelving unit. The operator opens only the aisle that needs to be accessed, and the rest of the units stay closed and compacted. It is the standard solution for concentrating large volumes of files, documents, samples or small parts in the smallest possible space.
