Long material storage: cantilever racking
Cantilever racking is made up of columns and cantilevered arms, ideal for bars, profiles, pipes, lumber or sheets, furniture and odd-shaped parts. Its open design with no front uprights makes access and handling easier, supports light or heavy-duty configurations, adjustable levels and single or double-sided assembly, reducing damage from improper storage.
How do you sort extra-large, heavy or irregular parcels?
We integrate sortation systems designed specifically for loads that conventional sorters cannot process:
System for extra-large parcels: handles up to ~80 kg and lengths close to 2.7 m, working with complex items such as 5-gallon buckets, tires or carpet rolls, with a gentle divert by "pop-up" modules.
Robotic AMR sortation for bulky loads: items are measured and scanned at the induction station before being transferred to robots equipped with cross-belt conveyors, which transport and gently discharge them at their assigned destinations, enabling flexible flows adapted to the warehouse layout.
