How do you sort envelopes, polybags and ultralight parcels?
The linear shoe sorter for micro-parcels is designed specifically for "smalls sorting": parcels travel over roller modules that divert them to outlets on both sides, accurately sorting lightweight envelopes and polybags with no need for large gaps between products. It reaches up to ~16,000 parcels/h with very low energy consumption.

For high-throughput operations we integrate:
Cross-belt: speeds of up to 3 m/s and accuracy close to 99.99%, from small envelopes to large parcels.
Linear Shoe Sorter: up to 18,000 parcels/h and speeds of up to ~198 m/min, with a gentle shoe divert and single-sided or two-sided outlets.

Flexible sorting with moderate investment

AMR sortation (distributed cross-belt): fleets that sort on the floor or on a mezzanine with minimal infrastructure, reconfigurable and scalable.
Divert module (diverter): up to ~6,000 parcels/h, bidirectional operation, ideal for integrating with existing conveyors.
Loading, unloading and feeding the flow
Extendable telescopic conveyors (belt or roller) reach inside trailers and containers to load and unload parcels quickly and safely; their store-feed-run function (zero-pressure accumulation) is especially useful for handling loose parcel and e-commerce loads.
