Intralogistics solutions for manufacturing and industrial plants

In manufacturing, intralogistics connects production, warehouse and shipping. Every stoppage, bottleneck or repetitive manual maneuver affects cost, safety and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). At DEVA, we design solutions that automate the flow of materials from start to finish, from line feeding to the end of line and truck loading, improving productivity and helping to solve the shortage of skilled labor that Mexican industry faces.

End-of-line robotic palletizing

We fully automate the pick-up, orientation and placement of product on the pallet to form stable loads ready for shipping or storage. The range covers everything from compact versions, from 50 to 100 kg, to high-versatility versions, from 100 to 160 kg and up to 28 products/min, and heavy-duty versions of 160 kg or more.

  • 50 to 100 kg compact palletizing versions
  • 100 to 160 kg high-versatility versions
  • up to 28 products/min palletizing rate
  • 160 kg or more heavy-duty versions

Line feeding with mobile robots (AGV/AMR)

We automate repetitive internal movements between production, the warehouse and transfer stations with autonomous mobile robots built on a decentralized architecture. They operate with swarm intelligence, automatic loading and unloading and navigation along free paths, reducing forklift traffic and product damage.

High-density automated storage (AS/RS)

We integrate automated warehouses with SRM stacker cranes capable of storing unit loads of virtually any size and weight, in existing buildings as well as clad-rack structures. They handle pallets, metal or plastic containers, rolls, coils and long materials, with energy savings through energy regeneration during braking and consistent performance from -30 °C to +55 °C.

Storage for long and bulky materials (cantilever)

For bars, profiles, pipes, lumber and sheets, cantilever racking offers an open design with no front uprights, adjustable levels and single- or double-sided configuration, improving order, safety and space utilization for loads that do not fit conventional pallet systems.

Automatic truck loading and unloading

We drastically reduce dock times with automated truck loading systems that require no trailer modification and transfer the load "one-shot" into unmodified trucks and containers, cutting internal maneuvers, damage and incidents.

Frequently asked questions

What is a robotic palletizer and what is it for?
It is an end-of-line system that automates the pick-up, orientation and placement of product on the pallet to form stable loads; it increases throughput, improves safety and solves labor shortages.
What is the difference between an AGV and an AMR for line feeding?
AGVs follow predefined routes, ideal for predictable flows; AMRs navigate autonomously and adapt to changes in their environment. DEVA implements AMRs with a decentralized architecture and swarm intelligence.
Does an AS/RS work in low-temperature rooms?
Yes. DEVA's SRM stacker cranes deliver consistent performance from -30 °C to +55 °C, suitable for many industrial sectors.
